What this screen cannot do
Refused in code, not in copy
- An AI actor cannot create, approve, publish or retire a document
- An author cannot approve their own document
- A document that has never been indexed cannot be published — it would be live and unquotable at the same time
- A DRAFT is never visible to a customer, whatever its audience says
