Rewards
What can be given, what has been reserved against it, what still needs a decision, and what customers have spent points on.

Budgets
Committed and recognised are shown apart, deliberately. Committed is reserved against an unfinished grant; recognised is delivered. A single 'spent' column would let somebody approve against headroom a pending grant already claimed.
No reward budgets exist. Monetary grants have nothing to reserve against.
Approval queue
Approving authorises; dispatching is the only thing that leaves the CRM. They are separate so an adapter failure cannot look like a refusal to approve.
No grants match. Nothing is waiting on a decision under this filter.
Catalogue
A monetary item is what makes a grant need an approval and a budget. A points price is what puts it in the marketplace.
The catalogue is empty. There is nothing to redeem and nothing to attach to a mission.
Redemptions
A customer spent points. The ledger entry that debited them is named, so the spend is checkable rather than asserted.
Nobody has redeemed anything.
